Here from your video! I played the game so here's my review!
First, I like seeing how you took the experience from this project and used it as tips and advice for your future projects, that's the kind of improvement I think is important! I for sure think the game could use a little more smoothness to it (like transitions to next scenes and indicators of what is going on in the scene) but those are very strong second game type features, and this being a first and finished project, is very strong. Personally, I think this game shines in it's art rather than gameplay. You took a color palette and you stuck with it, but also used it very nicely, I envy that. The animations and such are very nice and not too detailed which, for a puzzle game, makes the focus on the gameplay more important, good job on that. I especially like the little eyes in the background, such a cute little detail! Gameplay wise, the mechanics come way too quickly at a time, which I know you know from your video, definitely something I would keep an eye out for. But the ideas are there, and can be added upon, just the pacing should be adjusted!
I hope you enjoyed making this game, and I hope you keep on going. Only four months is super strong and I just can't wait to see your next project! Thank you for a fun little break I had playing this game :D
Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback! I’ve definitely taken these tips to heart and my goal is to take a bit more time with that extra bit of polish for my next game. The best part of releasing my first game is seeing how supportive the game community is, made my day reading your comment ❤️

Really nice but there should be an option to change the controls

As seen in Indie Game Roundup Episode 14:
Cool game! I liked the art and the music & sound effects, The jumping feels a little clunky.
Overall, fun and entertaining.
Thanks so much for playing!
